Seyi Ajayi
Director
Seyi Ajayi is a graduate in Aeronautic Engineering with Pilot Studies. From a young age, he nurtured a passion for soaring the skies, which he fulfilled by earning his commercial pilot’s licence.
Deeply rooted in Ìjẹ̀bú heritage, Seyi is the grandson of Ọtunba Funsho Iteola Ajayi, the Ọtunba Arijeloye of Ìjẹ̀bú land, a lineage that embodies honour, tradition, and community leadership.
Seyi is also blessed with an entrepreneurial mindset like his forefathers, building a successful and thriving entertainment business from the ground up. Through his hard work and dedication, he has become a sought-after DJ, and popularly known as DJ Slapzz, performing at renowned festivals in England and across Europe.
In addition to his creative pursuits, Seyi serves as an Executive Director at Ọtunba Leke Ajayi Foundation (OLAF), a charity organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable communities through outreach and empowerment initiatives.
His drive, versatility, and commitment to giving back continue to inspire and influence many individuals within and beyond the Ìjẹ̀bú community.

Sola Ajayi
Director
Sola Ajayi holds a Master’s degree in Conflict, Security, and Development and works at a renowned law firm in England, where she tackles and investigates human rights injustices on a global scale.
Sola began her career by studying Law with American Studies at a top university in the United Kingdom. Her aim in life is to continue changing the world for the better. She has advised the United Nations at the International Conference on Women’s Empowerment on Women’s Peace and Security issues, actively contributing to global conversations on human rights and equality.
Deeply rooted in Ìjẹ̀bú heritage, Sola is the granddaughter of Ọtunba Funsho Iteola Ajayi, the Ọtunba Arijeloye of Ìjẹ̀bú land, a lineage that embodies honour, tradition, and community leadership.
In addition to her legal and humanitarian work, Sola serves as an Executive Director at Ọtunba Leke Ajayi Foundation (OLAF), a charity organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable communities through outreach and empowerment initiatives.
A humanitarian at her core, she seeks to empower women through law and develop policies that better serve society. Her commitment to justice, cultural pride, and community development continues to inspire positive change both locally and internationally.

Funsho Ajayi
Director
Funsho Ajayi is a seasoned professional with a background in Accounting. Born into a proud Ìjẹ̀bú family, he grew up in London, where he developed a strong sense of discipline and a global perspective that continue to shape his journey.
A proud grandson of Ọtunba Funsho Iteola Ajayi, the Ọtunba Arijeloye of Ìjẹ̀bú land, Funsho carries forward a legacy rooted in honour, tradition, and community leadership.
His academic foundation in Accounting has equipped him with a keen eye for detail and a strategic approach to business. Beyond the numbers, he embodies the entrepreneurial spirit of his heritage, combining financial expertise with a deep commitment to cultural preservation.
In addition to serving as a director at Ẹ̀wẹ̀só Platform for Culture, Funsho is also an Executive Director at Otunba Leke Foundation (OLAF), a charity organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable communities through outreach and empowerment initiatives.
Through these roles, he brings integrity, precision, and a forward-thinking mindset, inspiring both the team and the wider community to celebrate Ìjẹ̀bú heritage and give back to society in meaningful ways.

Racheal Senbanjo
Head Of Operations & Media
Racheal Senbanjo is a proud daughter of Ìjẹ̀bú and currently serves as the Head of Operations & Media at Ẹ̀wẹ̀só Platform for Culture. She holds a degree in Political Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, but her passion for media and storytelling was evident long before graduation.
While studying Political Science, Racheal was actively involved in media-related work, serving as an editor and contributor to campus-based and independent media houses. That early commitment laid the foundation for her dynamic career as a cultural communicator.
Today, she combines her academic insight with practical media experience as a project coordinator, radio presenter, voice-over artiste, event host, and MC. Through every role, she uses her voice and platform to preserve Ìjẹ̀bú culture and celebrate its people with clarity and pride.
